We give back to our industry and community
We are proud Professional Development Partners with Engineering New Zealand and members of ACE NZ, annually we engage with our local University of Canterbury to employ Civil Engineering students for Summer Internships which is a direct pipeline to our graduate programme.
Our team are also actively encouraged to engage with other relevant industry groups such as BIMSINZ, Timber Design Society and Human Resources NZ by presenting seminars, participating in research or hosting workshops/meetings.
Our team help drive our direction and planning
Every year we head away for our annual Strategic Planning Summit which sees our team contribute to the setting of company wide strategy and actions. In 2023 we headed to the scenic Hanmer Springs where our focus was remained on our continued sustainability journey, as well as how we can leverage teamwork to boost quality outcomes for our clients.
