After completing a summer internship in 2019, Bailey joined the team in 2020 as a graduate of the University of Canterbury. During 2019 he spent a semester abroad in Denmark embracing different cultures and finding a passion for travel and new adventures. Since joining the team, Bailey has been involved in detailed seismic assessments and various strengthening works.
Bailey loves getting outdoors and exploring the natural beauty New Zealand has to offer, taking a particular interest in the mountains and beaches. He spends the rest of his time on the basketball court and relaxing with friends.
