Waterloo Storage and Trade Space is a new storage development designed by Structex, located at the Waterloo Business Park in Christchurch with good access to the highway network. Completed early 2023 the development features 15 units (sizes ranging from 42 to 95 m2) and an onsite office with a co-working space available. Access to the units is via 3.8m high roller doors with separate doors in the larger units. All the units are column free, with concrete ground floors and concrete panel walls. The site has 24/7 access with electronically secured gates and monitored alarms for all units.
