Situated in Rolleston at the Izone Business Park, Pegasus Engineering acquired a 1.3ha site to locate a new factory to take advantage of the production efficiencies a new floor layout would allow in automation and reducing the amount of steelwork handling required.

With 4000m2 of floor space in the factory and 4800m2 of external handstand for the storage of steel the factory represents a massive increase over their previous site which only had 1500m2 of floor area. Connected to the factory is a 720m2 2-storey office and amenites building with the first-floor office space offering views to the Southern Alps.
