Structex was engaged to provide structural and siteworks design for an IL3 church complex.

The 3000m² facility includes an auditorium hall to seat over 600 people, meeting rooms, cafe, offices and associated amenities. The precast concrete, steelwork and LVL structure sits on 3 hectares in rural Richmond, Nelson.
