Structex was engaged to provide structural and siteworks design for a new Church building providing an auditorium to accommodate over 300 people, a hall, meeting rooms, offices and associated facilities spread over two levels.

The double height foyer of the church looks out over the Haytons Stream reserve to a new subdivision of Wigram Skies. The reserve for the realigned Haytons Stream forms the South-west boundary to the site. The site is accessed from The Runway via a new culvert over a swale that provides drainage of the Church carpark and the adjacent roads. The structure makes use of precast concrete walls and floors to minimise intrusion of structure on the spaces created inside with columns usually hidden in wall lines.
