Structex was engaged to provide structural and pavement design for a new industrial/commercial development in Casebrook, Christchurch.

This 24 unit tilted two storey development contained numerous challenges with access, poor soils and limited working space. The concrete tilt panel and steel construction design was documented to ensure maximum duplication of structural geometry.
