The site is ‘land-locked’ with limited access gained via the pedestrian Cashel Mall. Floor areas were maximised to make full use of the site, and apartment cantilevers over the adjacent ‘Plymouth Lane’. The structure utilises steel braced and moment frames and concrete shear walls.
