Evie joined Structex in January 2021 as a Structural Engineer.  She is originally from Alaska, USA and immigrated to New Zealand at the beginning of 2017 to complete her Master’s Degree in Earthquake Engineering at the University of Canterbury.  Since then, she has worked as a Structural Engineer in Christchurch with project experience including commercial new-build design, strengthening design, seismic assessments, and seismic restraint of non-structural elements.

Outside of work, Evie enjoys cycling, hiking, and making music on the Pipe Organ.
